Surgical procedures are usually delicate and especially the post surgery period when following the doctor’s instruction to the letter determines how fast your healing is going to take place. There is a number of post breast augmentation exercises that doctors prescribe to be performed by patients in bid to forestall any problems occurring that could call for a second surgery.
Medial implant exercises
The medial implant post breast surgery exercise is an exercise whose goal is to strengthen the cleavage especially now that there is a new breast. The exercise is strictly for patients who have had sub-muscular implants. Do not try doing this form of exercise if you had as sub-gladular implant because you could end up creating a complication known as uni-boob.

Post breast augmentation exercises
The exercise is conducted crossing your rams over each other so that you cup them at the base of each cup with your hands. Push the breasts gently but simultaneously towards the direction of the center of your chest and towards each other and hold in that position for a few seconds finally completing with five reps. You can finally develop a nice cleavage if you did this exercise at least twice daily as you push the implants towards the medial wall.
Upward breast implant exercise
This exercise is intended to assist the implants move naturally and freely on your chest. The surgery leaves a peri-implant capsule space that is just slightly wider than the implant itself and this is the space that is left and you want the implant to freely move in this area. This should be able to imitate the way a normal breast moves freely. The pull of gravity will be on your side because it naturally pulls the breast downwards towards the open space and your business is to assist the breast to occupy the upward space.
To perform this exercise you must place your hand at the bottom of the implant holding your hand in a karate chop while placing it at the base of the implant. Let your small finer be at the level of your chest wall and then roll gently downwards as you press the implant at the bottom so that the implant moves upward. If you do it well you will be able to see the top part of your breast filling up so that the capsule will be moving towards the capsule as you intended. The space that is created in the capsule’s upper portion helps the implant move upwards. The exercise needs to be repeated twice daily doing five repetitions at every sitting.
Scar capsule contraction prevention exercise
The breast implants need to be kept moving in their respective pockets daily so as to prevent capsule contraction where scar tissue develops and surrounds the implant to prevent it from moving freely. Lie on the floor or use an exercise ball for this particular exercise. Lean back and use your fingers to mover the implant inside its socket for 30 minutes daily.
